I love their pizza. They say it's the crust. That's good too but their sauce is what keeps me coming back. It's a pretty big place. They sell beer there. It would be even better if they had video games.

In general, they're amazing. I have Celiac disease (not as horribly reactive as some) and love their gluten free but every time I've ordered delivery or pickup, they're slower than most places. In my opinion, worth the wait but then again their gluten free is better than any other, so I can't speak generally. Thank y'all! But speed it up

Offer buffets on Sunday 11-2. Was a nice selection and kept out fresh pizzas. A very fair price too!

Mr. JIMS!!! A great family oriented pizza spot. I love the open floor plan with the industrial look. At first look Mr. Jims was clean with a friendly staff that was attntive. I ordered two medium pizzas two drinks and a brownie bite. The sauce was delicious, the pizza crust was done right, the the toppings were fresh and the when i got got close to being full the waitress brought out a hot brownie bite. I had a great experience and next time i dine in I will bring my sone that will love the kids play area. Great staff, awesome food, even better price!!! Thank you... D

The Mr. Jim’s team has always been courteous and helpful when we have come in. Paige always makes sure our experience is excellent, whether it is a phone purchase or dining in. Thanks to the team for be totally awesome. We love Mr Jim’s.

Young staff but all provide outstanding service. Establishment is always clean. They have a lot of carryout. 9/22/2025 Regardless of who takes the order, all staff are very gracious. I placed a to go orders. Family size salad - no salad dressing. Salad had a lot of toppings and was large. The problem is, the salad doesn't look or taste fresh. I don't know if a knife is used on the lettuce, but the lettuce was brown. Three cheese pizza & added onion. Hotel and fresh. Meat eaters - hot and fresh. Plenty of pizza leftover to reheat in the oven.

The pizza crust is good. Likely the best crust in Cheyenne. The pizza could have had a bit more cheese on it. I wish they had beers on tap.

This pizza is ah-mazing! We were stuck in a hotel while our RV and truck were both in the shop getting tune-ups, which also just unexpectedly happened to be during Frontier Days. Mr Jim's Pizza delivery was super quick and right to our hotel room (not the lobby). We had ordered our own toppings and the white pizza with spinach, tomatoes and sausage is alone worth a trip back to Cheyenne! (And we're from GA)
